Edward John Gregory

Edward John Gregory RA , PPRBSA , was a British painter.

He was born in Southampton onApril 1850. He was grandson of John Gregory, engineerinchief of the auxiliary engines in Sir John Franklins last Arctic expedition, and was eldest child of Edward Gregory, a ships engineer, and Mary Ann Taylor.
